The location makes it easy to access many
Of Istanbul's major attractions, which we greatly appreciated. The staff were friendly and accommodating, though the room was a bit cramped for our liking. The breakfast offered a nice variety, particularly the freshly baked gozleme.

Nothing to complain about, the venue met every demand. The location was comfortable, just 5 min walk from an Ottoman - era Friday mosque. The area was very nice just next door to such an amazing establishment that is warm, all the highlights and best seafood restaurants in town. The room we had was brand-new and top-notch with balcony, fresh towels, as example.

Gorgeous rooftop terrace, Fine location for major attractions, Cozy common areas for relaxation
Limited closet space needs addressing!!! Air conditioning control is frustrating with inconsistent temperatures!!! Noise from outside can be disruptive during the night!!! Parking options are too restricted for convenience!!!

A must stay place for first timers to Istanbul.
The concierges Violkan and Oguz are world class and are almost magical in the way the answer unknowing questions with almost mystical clarity and detail. The Istanbul tourism board should pay these guys for the way they make Istanbul welcoming and understandable I sincerely believe the quality of my time in Turkey is due to their efforts. The bartender Cagatay was immensely talented and helpful for great clubs both in Bodrum and Istanbul.
None.

Our family loved the delicious rooftop breakfast, especially the Turkish flatbread! The staff were pretty good too ensure we felt at home and offered great tips for exploring nearby spots like Hagia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar, just minutes away.
My kids wished for a pool area to splash around in during downtime.

The location, the roof terrace, the food. The staff is very helpful and very nice. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and the complementary afternoon tea just as delicious. We were upgraded to a more spacious room and this was nice too. The internet connexion is very good

The friendliness of the staff, the attention to detail, the great service and the little extras you do not expect. A super and special small hotel in a good location.

The hotel staff and the service are simply incomparable. We have stayed in various hotels in Istanbul over the years, many boutique, many five star and some four star. This one is simply the best in terms of taking care of its guests. Whatever you may need (help with finding the best hairdresser or the best place to buy turkish delight) just ask. They were nice enough to accomodate our change of plans (we stayed two more days) and not only they did not charge extra, but gave a suite.
Minor things (E.G. no room service after 11-11:30 pm) none of which detracts from the value of this hotel.
